Having suffered for years with an eating disorder my diet/eating habits have changed drastically as I always thought that eating less was the best way to stay slim. but the guys explained that a proper diet and regular training is the best way to keep a healthy body and mind.
I done the 12 week program with atomic to push my training and health to a new level and see what kind of results could be gained from following a well structured and laid out plan that I was given.
I love going to atomic fitness for there small class sizes excellent trainers and great equipment. It also has a good family feel with everyone.
